Fridge Fresh Pros offers professional cleaning and organizational services for refrigerators, freezers, and other home appliances. The scope of services and pricing will be agreed upon before the appointment. Any additional services must be discussed and approved in advance.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

• Clients may book services via phone, email, or our website.
• Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid cancellation fees.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
• Refunds are provided only if a service was not performed as agreed or if the client is dissatisfied, provided the issue is reported within 24 hours of the service.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $20.
• If Fridge Fresh Pros needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client as soon as possible and arrange an alternative time.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Fridge Fresh Pros will take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage during the cleaning process. However, we are not responsible for:
  • Pre-existing damage to appliances or their contents.
  • Items damaged or misplaced due to improper storage by the client.
  • Unforeseen issues, such as faulty equipment or appliances.
• Clients are responsible for removing valuable or fragile items before service.

6. Health and Safety

• Fridge Fresh Pros uses non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products.
• Clients must inform us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or specific product requirements.
• If our team deems any appliance hazardous (e.g., due to mold or infestation), we reserve the right to refuse service.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property
